WHAT WE DO

Growth in Education

The education sector worldwide has experienced significant growth and development in recent years. At the heart of it has been an increase in the number of students looking to globalize their student experience.

At CTK Global we focus on the ability of UK and EU higher education institutions to establish a  stronger presence in the United States and Canada. Mindful of the cultural affinity of the American market, common academic structures, and the significant increases in education costs in the United States, CTK Global has identified scope for growth in this market.

We assist foreign universities to grow their reputational presence in the United States and Canada and increase enrollment of students from these countries to participate in undergraduate, post graduate and short courses in UK and EU universities. We have professionals with strong education sector backgrounds in the US and the UK to make these objectives succeed. And we are based both in the US and in Europe, offering a unique connectivity to both education partners. Over the past ten years we have made successful partnerships for the University of Salford in Manchester, the University of Chester and Liverpool Hope University.  CTK executes its advisory service along four principal steps:

1. ASSESSMENT

Our professional team will be on site with your university colleagues to identify those disciplines with the greatest potential to draw US students. We will also work to identify Faculty Champions who will be an integral step in engaging with US Faculty, Students and Administrators. With you, we develop a bespoke plan for who you are and what you seek in a US partner, and your intention to come to the US to help build this partnership

2. IDENTIFICATION

After completing your on site assessment, CTK will use this instruction to find universities that meet your criteria, that have the calibre of students you feel would most benefit from study at your institution. We rely upon our ten years of working closely with colleges and universities across the United States to identify those institutions we feel are open to partnership with your institution.

3. ENGAGEMENT

Once we have a target list of US institutions we work with you to get senior representatives of your institution to come to the US to meet with prospective partners. Our team will meet you upon arrival and be with you for the duration of your stay, typically a week to ten days. Our role is to facilitate introductions, set the parameters for discussions, and to act as your rapporteur

4. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

After your return from the US, CTK will submit a report on their observations of the meetings conducted and recommendations for proceeding on partnership development. We will help you in developing a partnership agreement and will be available as needed to help manage the partnership, including facilitating visits from the US partner to your institution as well as follow up visits from you to the US partner
